The recipient is advised to the corner of your home, entrance, P.O. Box, storage locker, or any other possible location for the package with the given tracking number. If it's not there, kindly verify with the recipient if perhaps a relative or neighbor may have received the package on their behalf. If the parcel is still not found after thorough checking, and to avoid exceeding the claim deadline (for parcels that are marked as signed for but not received, a claim investigation must be initiated within 14 days after the signing date), please reach out to your account manager for an inquiry. We'll proceed with the investigation on your behalf.
The tracking information shows RETURN, is there any abnormality?

Abnormal customs clearance in the destination country requires the assistance of the recipient. It is recommended that the recipient proactively contact the local authorities to handle customs clearance in a timely manner. If customs clearance fails after the deadline, the parcel will be abandoned or returned according to local procedures, any associated fees from this process will be the responsibility of the sender.
